As a new brand, they wanted their visual identity to resonate with both of their target audiences: corporate clients seeking recruiting support and individuals – candidates for a specific position.
The logotype was set entirely in sans serif lowercase to avoid dominating visually the subtle symbol -- equals sign. Black and orange were selected as the primary shades to express a confident and professional approach. The overall visual tone was complemented by photographs of the first aviators, chosen as a representation of the challenges and goals of the firm's clients.
Wordmark, two-color palette, photographic imagery and specific visual language contributed to consistent presentation of the company in all brand expressions.
